Everything you need! Perfect and beautiful apartment for family travellers. Close to all restaurants, shops and buses within walking distance!

It would be nice to have a water kettle in the apartment so that we can make warm tea in the morning. But we managed to use microwave to heat the water.

I didn't have a better apartment for that kind of money, it was perfect

Good location just off the main restaurant and shopping pedestrian area in a quiet street. Paid street parking outside (sign up to the AVM Venezia app and you can pay and top up online). The keyless system is great for letting everyone came and go as they please. They let us leave bags early while they cleaned. Spacious, decorated in an old style. full of art books and touches that make you feel this was someone's home before being a tourist rental. Washer-dryer is a great. Two good sized double bedrooms and a smaller third room. Large living room and dining area in the kitchen. Overall comfortable and convenient. The negatives are minor. Good for couples and family. Places to eat: Osteria del Lupo Nero (solid and cheerful), Al'Ombra del Gabbiano (Excellent), Ostaria da Mariano (very good, best balance of quality, price and atmosphere)

The kitchen cooking area is pretty basic. Great for breakfast but not for people wanting to cook a lot. AC is in only 1 bedroom. The others share one in the passage which means you would need to leave the doors open. The small bedroom gets hot quickly. Small bedroom converts to a double which is fine but oddly no bedside lamps. Bathrooms are fine but the larger one has a bath with folding shower doors which are wobble and the water spills.

Great host, very nice and helpful. We were able to check in early. The apartment was cozy , nicely decorated, felt like home.
