Staff was really nice and attentive to solve my concerns. The room was okey. The location really good.

Nothing. The pictures, which are showing in several internet platforms, are totally false. I stayed here on 28th & 29th February thia year and totally disappointed. They don't provide basic amenities. This hotel also have water related problems. Rooms are like Small Cell and smelly. It was a horrible stay with family.

The location and the staff was really nice

The room was very damp and noisy about the pipes

Staffs behavior is very gentle and cooperative . They also provided an upgraded room free of cost. Location best close the ghats.

Bed sheets and blankets are not so clean and smell stinky.

Staff were friendly and happy to help at all times, they also didn't mind me having to change dates more than once. Everything worked as expected, comfortable enough bed and shower with working hot water.

It could get quite noisy at night for two reasons 1) the pipes in the bathroom can make a lot of noise if the hot water valves aren't set right, and 2) there was at least one family staying when I was there who were loud late into the night. The room security also wasn't ideal, there is a bolt lock on both sides of the door which is fine while inside the room but when out anyone could unbolt the door.

The staff was good. The location is also very close to important places. Also it was value for money.
