The location is good, but that is it. It is not worth it.

The staff is very rude. There is no cleaning in the property, no view and absolutely no worth for money.

Dharmendra Bhaiya , is one of the staff members . He's such a sweet & kind hearted person.

I didn't like the person who 1st received my call , while i was coming to the hotel. Also i would suggest ki raat k time agar koi ataa hai toh please ache se guide karo unko yeh mt bolo thodi roshni k time aana + recepctation pe baithne k liye puri facities honi chahiye..baki sab badiya thaa !! Will love to come back 🤍

I would like to share my review so that people are aware about it . So I booked this hotel 20 days ago of our staying date from booking.com . Everyone suggested that Do stay near ghats & it's showing near Ghats,so booked it . Our staying date was 30th nov & last payment date was 27th nov . I am aware of all policy of booking.com because before I had booked a hotel from this only.so I was relaxed that my hotel booking is done I will pay the money 25th or 26th once I talked with the property owner.Fine . We booked 2 rooms for 1 day with only 1275rs, because my in-laws are also going with us. On the 27th the property owner or someone(Aditya Jaiswal ) from that property called me & told me ma'am booking bohot Jayda hai (Booking is very high so if you pay today then it will be easy to confirm your booking ) then I said ok fine I will pay you today evening ( jab Jana hai or payment karna hi hai to aj kiyu nahi ) . I booked this hotel with 1275 for two rooms . Then I thought maybe it was a fake call let's talk to the owner so I called the owner to tell him that someone called me and told me to pay the full amount to confirm your rooms, so he said yes the person is from their property . then I had payment & to reconfirm ,called the owner,He told me 1275 is for one room one day after the payment . But that person Aditya Jaiswal already gave me the confirmation of 2 rooms but the owner denied . Then as I already paid so I asked him to give me two rooms so he told me one room cost me around 850 rs . The. I said ok fine please confirm my booking because I have no option left, it's already 27th nov & after 2 days we were going . Two rooms -1700 , Paid 1275 Dew - 425 We had reached benaras . From Bengali tola to hotel distance around 3km . It's too far from the main market . Dew to our train late we had reached there at 2pm instead of 10.30 am . Let's come to the room..
