The location of the hotel. Right on the main street. Easy to find. Staff was very friendly and polite.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room.

The children loved the pool and arcade. The decorations outside the hotel, in the lobby, and in the recreation area were a fabulous kitschy 60’s throw back. The employees were nice. I didn’t see any bugs (and I looked hard).

The room has not been updated since before I was born, maybe since before my parents were. The carpet had patches and was missing around the edges of the room. There were holes in the ceiling, some patched and some open. The bathroom had mold and smelled like cigarettes. The sink either didn’t work or sprayed a geyser of water. The mattresses were springs of a variety I haven’t seen since I was a little girl, easily 40 years old. The tables had uncleanable sticky substances. The quiet hours begin at 10, but kids were still splashing and screaming after 10.
