Katherina was very nice and accommodating.

No wifi

Property was good and near to Capri center but location is hard to find as it was not available on Map, but property owner send video to help us to find out. Apart from that all good, property was clean and walking distance to center and all shops.

I liked everything! Apartment In the center of the heart of Capri, near Piazza Umberto. The owner is very attentive and kind - he was always in touch, answered any questions and gave recommendations. He allowed me early check-in and late check-out. It was an amazing vacation in Capri! Only the most wonderful impressions and memories! I will definitely come back!

Location

Upon arrival, we found that the TV was not working, and the fridge took an inordinate amount of time to cool items down. These issues, while inconvenient, paled in comparison to the most significant problem we encountered: a lack of water. During our stay, the island experienced a water shortage. Unfortunately, there were no water tanks available at the apartment to mitigate this issue. As a result, we were unable to shower during our one-night stay in Capri. When we inquired about the water tanks, the owner informed us that they were empty as well. This left us in a difficult situation, having paid nearly 200 euros for a room without access to water. To make matters worse, the owner was unhelpful and unsympathetic to our plight. We had to spend additional money on bottled water, and despite the significant inconvenience, no partial refund or apology was offered. I understand that situations like water shortages can sometimes be unavoidable. However, the complete lack of support and care from the owner was unacceptable. Being left to handle the situation on our own without any acknowledgment or compensation has left a lasting negative impression. Given these circumstances, I strongly feel that a partial refund should have been offered. The lack of basic amenities and the owner's indifferent attitude are reasons enough for me to warn others against staying at Capri Design Apartments. I urge you to address these issues to ensure that future guests do not face the same disappointing experience. I look forward to your response and a satisfactory resolution.
