"Nice flat in Verona suburb, tastefully renovated rooms, nicely equipped"

The videos for using the code were really useful, but the manual did not translate to any language except to Italian (also could not copy the text to Google Translate). Anyway we managed to figure out what to do and after it it was really convenient to use the application to get in the apartement

"Lovely little apartment"

The apartment is lovely and very spacious. We are a family of 4 but it has the potential to fit many more people so very suitable for larger families. Nice little quiet area. We loved verona!

"Great for larger families"

Great kitchen with everything you need. Free parking. Second bedroom was large and easily fitted 3 single beds, great for a family of 5. Washing machine and dryer are so nice to have, thank you!

There really needs to be a lounge chair to relax on when watching TV.

"Difficult to open the door - apartment is nice"

Nice apartment with all kitchen facilities. Located in a quite neighbourhood.

We did not like the check in procedure at all. It had to be done online with photos of our passports and a photo of us holding our passports. Very annoying, the host should come to the apartment if all these formalities are needed. Getting into the apartment was very difficult. It was done by an app on the phone! A link to the app was sent, however it was not easy to open the door and it seemed coincidental if it would open or not. Booking.com should clearly state if giving the key is by person or not. In the future I will not book an apartment if I know that the door has to be opened by an app on the phone.

"Totally worth it"

Great apartment, has all you need. Very nice location, quick bus ride to the historical center. Prompt communication with the host. Everything went really smooth.
