Shiny Home Verona

The house was perfect. It was huge and very comfortable. The position was also perfect. I will surely recommend this to anyone. The host was very welcoming

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen and a rather handy bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. All rooms have a TV. From the apartment you can quickly / easily travel to the center of Verona by public transport

The dining table is rather small (there's just enough space for 4 plates), but for 4 people it's quite impractical because on 2 sides there's a bar, which makes it difficult to sit down at the table. The furniture in the apartment (bedrooms and bathroom) already shows some signs of wear and tear. The sofa is apparently broken and has not yet been replaced. The narrow bench that you see in the photos in the bedroom was placed in the living room, but is anything but comfortable for an adult. After a day of extensive walking in Verona, it is therefore not very pleasant to watch TV from the living room in the evening. So we split up and the teens watched TV from the bedroom with single beds. And the adult from the double bed. However, the headboard of the single beds isn't that stable anymore, so they had to be very careful.

The size of the apartment and rooms are excellent. We liked the location and being able to walk to a cafe and some restaurants. We liked being able to park right at the front door of the unit block and only having a few steps up to the unit was great.

A few more items in the kitchen would have made the stay better, for example no dishwashing liquid or tablet for the dishwasher, we had to buy our own. This property felt very much like a place to stay but not a place to enjoy. A few small things like an information pack on where the nearest grocery store is, restaurant recommendations, train and bus stops etc. The property needs some minor repairs eg the windows dont lock (have security shitters tho). The benchtop in the bathroom needs replacing etc.

All was great. New and very nice apartment. We been in Italy for 21 days and switched 8 different locations and this one was the best.

Very good location, because you can access centre by bus in 15mins. Also, amazingly clean apartment, you can find everything you need and ofc air conditioners in every room! We were really happy to stay at this place and we wish all the best to the hosts ✈️

This apartment has a cosy, modern design. I specifically appreciated the online check-in process. The washing machine and dryer was also a plus. Maria was very helpful she made sure we had everything, even cot, child seat and some toys for our little ones. Parking just out in front of the building was convenient. I would happily return to this accommodation.

Nice appartment for a family. Everything Was available. Easy contactless check-in. Parking possibility in front of the house in the street.

Communication with the host was difficult. Even after telling Maria that I do not speak Italian, she continuted writing in Italien. Questions about how to User the dryer were not answered. Beside this the dishwasher had dirty dish from the guest befor and smelled. The dryer was stuck full with wet towles and the kitchen was partly not clean..
