The Victory Villa

Just cannot say enough good things about The Victory Villa. Stunning views, surrounded by nature, peaceful and discrete. The owner and operator is highly professional and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience - so helpful in every respect. Amazing hospitality - felt like I am staying with friends. I will not think twice where to stay again in Tobago. Note: you definitely need a car to stay here. There is not much you can reach by foot given the villa is nestled a top a hill. But this is the whole point in my opinion (and is generally true for most places in Tobago)

Everything was great

We had such a lovely stay. The scenery and wildlife is amazing, you are right in the heart of the rainforest which is spectacular. Wayne is a great host and the food was lovely. The room was very comfortable and ours had a little kitchenette.. We made good use of the pool too. Wayne is currently building a bar and restaurant, which will further enhance the villa.

There was nothing not to like but you need to be aware that it is in a remote location up a long and steep gravel track so you need a car. WIFI is also patchy.

Massive thank you to Wayne and the team for facilitating a last minute booking after we had a nightmare with a local apartment. Arrived late and provided a late supper with ice cold beer and G&T. Amazing few of English man’s bay and rainforest. Rooms were kept very cool with aircon - 10/10

A beautiful remote place. Perfect for nature lovers who want to get away from it all. Hummingbird watching is an added treat.

Scenic View. Quiet location. Dinner

Lighting. Bathroom need non skid mats. No on demand transportation out of the property.

Avskiljt och naturnära läge utan störande ljud. Kolibrier som flockades runt matningsstationerna och gav mervärde i naturupplevelsen. Rent fint rum och sköna sängar. Wayne är en bra värd och ger bra information innan ankomst.

Det är bra att veta att boendet ”kräver” egen bil för att ta sig hit. Vägen upp till boendet är tidvis gropig. Det är klokt att ha med mat och dryck eftersom det är långt till affärer.

This is as close to paradise that you will ever find. This place provides wonderful accommodation, pool and food in the most exquisite location overlooking the tropical rainforest reserve. It is surrounded by so much natural beauty. The sights, sounds and smells of nature at this location are incredible. The host, Wayne, is also excellent - nothing was too much trouble and his local knowledge and arrangement of day trips to view the plants, birds, beautiful beaches & waterfalls were faultless. Can’t recommend it highly enough

It was paradise in heaven - just us and the birds (humming birds) peacefully up the hill of Englishman's Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Tobago in the rain forest

Peaceful and quiet with a sensational view over the ocean into the sunset
