- notre logement difficile d avoir un flux d’eau conséquent pour se laver correctement (presque pas de flux d’eau) pas d’eau chaude -lors du repas nous avons été servis 30 minutes après que tout le monde soit servi! J’ai dû dire que nous avions toujours pas notre tajine ( on nous l’a servis avec 4-5 olives et de la sauce comme si cela avait était fait en vitesse si je compare au tajine des autres personnes ) repas ne vaut pas 45€ par personnes je suis vraiment déçu et ne recommande pas du tout. - pour la prise en charge le transport devais se faire depuis notre riadh nous avons eu un refus et avons dû prendre un taxi pour nous rendre sur le lieu décidé par l’organisateur (c’était pourtant compris dans le descriptif) pareil pour le retour toute les personnes on était déposé à proximité de leur riadh. Et nous a 1,5 km du notre. Nous sommes vraiment déçu de cette expérience qui devais être un beau souvenir mitigé par cette expérience

I tool a taxi to go to the camp... and actually the road was blocked and not practicable. We were in the middle of the desert, with our luggages, impossible to reach the camp ! they proposed to come and pick us up with a quad !!?!! and actually we never could reach the camp. They said us to find another camp and that they would refund us. I filed a request for refund BUT THE CAMP REFUSED to refund, despite their promise. They just lied to me. Booking.com refused to force them to refund because their promise was on an audio on whatsapp and not a written commitment. I am very angry about that because, in addition, I paid much more for the other camp, and I had to cancel without refund the taxi of the day after back to the airport. I lost much money for people who should have told me that their camp was not reachable with a taxi. Angry on booking.com as well, as I am a very very very good customer and they just let me down.

Super accueil, chambre propre, piscine agréable. Le personnel est génial et toujours prêt à rendre service.

Cadre magique, spectacle de très bonne qualité et repas très bon Verre de Virginie mojito offert au bord de la piscine Piscine très belle Excellent rapport qualité prix

Seulement 2 serviettes de toilettes pour 4 personnes, on en a demandé d autres mais au final on ne les a pas eues. Mais nous n avons pas relancé non plus
