Fantastic location, great view and close to the dock. Lovely little restaurant about 500m away. Lovely staff, very helpful

Everything was perfect. The staff is very helpful and nice. They organized for us Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long cruise and was amazing. Quiet localization. Rooms was very clean and comfortable with beautiful view.

The view is amazing. I wanted to avoid the construction in town and knew it would be a 15 min walk into town. Kind staff.

The noise from the port woke me up at 6am on day. No sound proofing. One can’t say that the beach is nearby which was one thing I had hoped for.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Our air con stopped working and the hot water worked 50% of the time. We paid for a superior room with sea view more than 6 months in advance and got a room with a corner window offering a tiny sea view. (Didn’t match the photo). Breakfast was ok you have to pre order from a menu. What you get doesn’t match the description. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Hotel bien situé pour les croisières

Les propriétaires ne parlent pas anglais. La salle de bain n 'est pas pratique. Robinets mal installés, Inversion chaud froid. Écoulement de la douche vers la toilette et la chambre. Vue sûre les reste d'un typhon.
