Good location and apartment is clean

Was cold needs a heater in winter. WiFi didn't work for the unit.

Location and hotel staff were helpful.

The wifi could not connect, TV could not connect. There’s ants, half broken cups and dirty carpet. There is no luxe in this Luxe. They should consider a small couch for relaxing and not those antique chairs they are so dated and uncomfortable for relaxing. No air-con it was so cold. Maybe a portable heater could make a difference. Thanks.

Local is fantastic and secure.

The WiFi connection is awful, when connected with your phone it shows full bar but doesn’t work at all. Also , the cable connection for Tv view does function either. Tried everything but to no avail.

location excellent

unit needs maintenance. Only one bath towel (there were two of us) and reception couldn’t help. No hand soap, container empty. One picture missing off wall. Bedside lamps present but no pin plugs points to plug them into. Kitchen faucet broken. Shelf in shower missing with nowhere to put anything.

Parking was super annoying, no-one told me I had to enter and through through a specific lift in the parking lot. Wasted a lot of time! Secondly there was no coffee, milk (or milk powder etc) or sugar in the room so couldn't even have a cup of coffee when we woke up in the morning.

No tea, no sugar, just coffee

I liked the cleanliness and the comfort of the room . The quietness of the apartment and how close it was from the shops

Bedding not changed until I left
