I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at Eden Beach Resort during my stay on 28th-29th December 2024. Here’s why: 1. Subpar Room Quality: The rooms were ridiculously small and lacked basic amenities like a table to place belongings. The restroom was filthy, filled with sand, which made it even more unpleasant. 2. Poor Dining Facilities: While breakfast was provided, there was no proper restaurant setup. Guests are expected to eat in their rooms, which is highly inconvenient. To make matters worse, there are no decent food options nearby, leaving guests stranded. 3. Unreliable Staff and False Promises: I had informed the staff about a birthday occasion for my father and requested a cake. They assured me it would be complementary and arranged in the morning. However, on the morning of the event, the person I coordinated with was unresponsive. After waiting till 10 AM, I was informed he had an “emergency” and didn’t get the cake. This excuse felt like a blatant lie and showed their lack of professionalism and respect for their commitments. Overall, Eden Beach Resort fails on every front—terrible rooms, inadequate dining facilities, and an unreliable staff that makes hollow promises. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and stay elsewhere. This was one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had.

Swimming pool...

There is no provision for the ventilation. Though i asked for 5 people they provided a tiny room which will suit for only 2.
