Royal Floridian Resort by Spinnaker

I love the location. It’s right on the beach and easy to get to. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, too.

They need an ice machine on the property. Having to go to the front desk in the other building for towels.

No pets allowed but we saw 3 dogs and there was feces in the elevator presumably from a pet

Location was nice, staff was friendly and supportive.

Internet service was spotty at best.

I rent a oceanfront because i have a autistic grandson following the picture you have on the page but at the time of check in they giving me city view on the 3 floor looking at a palms not even city view went i ask them they say is booking problems not us i call booking every day with the hope they fixed but never did so i have to spend 900 dollars for nothing because mine grandson was so excited so i but this trip was a complete disaster

Proximity to the ocean. Clean and well maintained. Variety of activities for guests.

The hotel was fine but we have problems in the check in with the paying method. They only give us the option to pay cash because their card port does not take our credit cards, we try with 4 of them. We have to use the ATM that they have and cost us a lot more, because of the fees. Our cards were functioning good in all the places we used them but somehow in the hotel they didn’t pas through. At first they tried to point the problem on our cards.

Activities, family friendly, staff. Overall awesome place

Need bigger gathering room for shows, more grills for south building
