Royal Floridian Resort by Spinnaker

Very friendly staff. Awesome resort accommodations. Exceeded my expectations. Only there for a short weekend but the stay went very well. Clean, comfortable, fun things to do on property for all ages. Tiki bar at the pool was a plus. There is plenty of pool space and parking. Highly recommend, especially on the off-season when it's affordable.

Not very ADA. Lots of steps, especially to the beach. Bedroom area a bit squishy to navigate. Tvs are a bit small. Our closet shelf fell off the wall, and the bathtub diverter valve needed to be changed out. Minor noninvasive items that had minimal impact on our visit.

Delightful studio with direct ocean balcony. It was clean, comfortable, and made for a pleasant stay for 2 nights.

A desk or small table would have been helpful.
