The room was clean. Day staff was friendly and helpful.

The room I booked online was not the room I received upon checking in. I paid for a room with a balcony, ocean view, but I was given a first floor room with a patio. Night staff was rude and offered to upcharge me to place me in a room with a balcony view. This should've been done complimentary because that's what I paid for anyway. Of course they tried to blame it on booking.com and claimed the upcharge was their only option. Very poor customer service by night staff. Booking.com needs to do better to ensure rooms are as advertised in pictures. Mine was not, and no one has taken the responsibility of fixing the discrepancy.

Perfect for a trip to the beach. The rooms all have balconies. They were quiet and dark. The beach is great and the pool is fun too. It was a good value for a weekend stay in December, plus the water was still warm enough to swim

The location on the beach

Loved the room and view inc underground parking. Didn’t attend any events due to fatigue. Loved also the location restaurants, shopping, all necessities close by.

Only problem was the toilet kept running and had to jiggle the handle after each use but worked fine on the last day.
