I love the value first of all and then I love how helpful the staff is. Everyone is so friendly all the way to the people who take care of the rooms.

Out of your control, the fire alarm went off that sucked because we had to climb five flights of stairs, but that was out of your control

Beach view, hotel amenities, spacious pool area

Cleanliness- room was dirty at check in, bathrooms were not cleaned prior to check in, floors were not swept or mopped, pull out sofa mattress bad condition. Front desk customer service poor.

The room was large

The location staff the cleanliness of the amenities it being available. The area is included in the hotel does not have any gift shop or coffee shop or food areas, there was one ice cream vending machine, but it did not work.

The room was very large and clean with modern furniture. The view overlooking the ocean was spectacular and we enjoyed the small balcony. The building must have been solid, because we could hear our noisy next door neighbors in the hallway, but we couldn't hear them through the walls in the unit. It was too cool to go to the beach, so we used the indoor pool, which was heated to a comfortable temperature.

The wifi was terrible. Even though we were connected to the wifi, we couldn't use our devices. The water temperature in the shower never got hot, just warm. The building was a bit dated.
