NLI'll be honest. Little bit shocked on first arrival. The entire grounds are in bad shape and it's messy. Lots of stuff that should not be visible for guests. Room is bare bones. Bathroom could be a lot cleaner. However. Location and view are unmatched. Price more than fair. Food - amazing and fresh. Easy 10 if the grounds are better kept and the rooms are upgraded (maybe a table for your luggage to start with). Be aware that you will need either access to your own transport or you will need to have owner arrange taxis for you (which he is more than willing to accommodate!!)
DEWe had a really amazing time here! Beautiful location, very good home cooked food and super friedly people! My boyfriend got sick and they helped us with medicine, extra food for him and let us check out late. Thank you again!
ITHe was super nice and helpful, there was everything we needed, the dinner was delicious and traditional + the coffe is really top notch!

GBThe host was really helpful, he helped us get a bus to Cat Ba and told us what to avoid seeing during the bad weather. Breakfast was pretty good, and the location was incredible! You definitely want a motorbike to get around. It was so close to the waterfall with amazing villages to drive through! Rooms were really big and comfortable

The walls are paper thin and the (great) dogs sleep right on the other side and barked throughout the night, making it very hard to sleep. Not acceptable, especially for the price.
