The staff was really nice and always helpfull. The view from the pool amazing

The room just felt really old and not clean. I have seen dust everywhere, the door frame, the sofa frame, etc. It also smelled very musty. Both days during afternoon there was a construction work noice, which was veeery annoying.

We had a great time there! Staff was so helpful and understanding as my partner had a health issue. The whole team was so friendly. Organised a guided waterfall tour which was so informative 👍. Breakfast was more than enough and food was good. Pool with a great view. We really enjoyed ist there.

Missed nothing 😊 Shower is open which I liked.
