Multi Resorts at Aquamarine Villas

It was not clean at all. The floors were very gritty and dirty. The fridge was sticky and stained. The curtains had mold on them. Overall uncomfortable stay because we had to clean everything before touching it.

Apartment was lovely and clean. Walking distance from the beach and a rad coffee shop. Staff was helpful. They had games and things for families which I wish we'd had time to play.

Showerhead in our room might be from 1998. That needs updating. Beyond that, loved it all.

It was luxurious and clean and fully furnished and equipped with all necessities for a relaxing, comfortable staycation by the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We even licked ourselves out and we're assisted by after hours staff who got us back in within 10 minutes! I highly recommend this place.

Price, Location, Environment and Readiness of Home were all perfect. My nightly rate was pretty fair. LOVED that I didn't pay for air conditioning, since I don't like AC and didn't need any AC. LOVED that I didn't pay extra for a heated pool - pool was somewhat cold, but the body gets used to it, especially for these lower rates. They had lots of signs warning residents that they weren't liable for thefts, but its indoor parking garage felt incredibly safe and secure. I don't recommend anyone renting a car, but we did, so we visited these beaches... San Clemente State Park - FAVORITE - didn't pay for parking as we parked up the hill Carlsbad South - a little off the grid feeling and didn't pay parking there either - parked a 15min walk away La Jolla Shores - random visit when the northbound traffic was clogged - waves there are much smaller - good for kids. San Clemente Pier Huntington Beach State Park Oceanside City Beach - super easy walk there.

Aquamarine Villas ought to encourage everyone not to rent cars. AMAZING LOCATION! Easy access to train, and easy rides to San Clemente and Carlsbad. I regret spending $600 on a rental car. WiFi isn't good as past residents have written, especially not good from the Balconies. I thankfully had ATT on my iPad and did a mobile hot spot. I would have gladly paid an extra $10 per day for awesome WiFi from the balcony. Note that if you rent a car, you'll be reminded that you could have taken the much lower priced Amtrak by the crossing sounds ten+ times a day :) the train noise did not once wake me up each night and I slept from the sofa bed opening couch (balcony door and window were closed). It's all viable for four people. I was there with my 4 and 7 yr old boys - they slept in the bedroom.

Perfection location near the ocean! Beautiful clean facilities, parking is easy and safe feeling. Definitely my favorite place to stay now!
