Gated,very spacious one bedroom like condo with a view of the pacific and with gated underground parking. Also a very good staff.

The location is fabulous. Full kitchen. Nice open space. I parked my car and never drove it until checkout. Walking distance to beach, food, store.

City construction (for 2 days and overnight) caused a water shut off for hours. I understand it was the city, but I was not notified. Morning staff told me that the evening staff should have informed me. Communication is key. Parking. We had 2 cars. With all of the construction parking was difficult. I offered to pay for an extra spot in the garage. They refused stating it would be full. There were at least 6 empty spots in the south garage the entire 3 night stay. There is also a north garage. Staff seemed unwilling to help

A little tired.

Fantastic location. Easy access to beach/Strand, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, large kitchen/dining/living room areas, easily accommodate 4 people if 1 bathroom will suffice. Very clean unit. Covered, nighttime secure, FREE parking for 1 car. Balcony is nice. Nicely landscaped. Nice pool area.

Living room furniture in our unit was attractive but very hard foam. Weak wifi signal on the balcony. Very near train crossing, which doesn't bother me, but the warning bells at the crossing might be annoying to some.

This is the 2nd time I've booked at Aquamarine Villas. I love the location and free covered parking. The amenities are great, and the property is very pretty and well kept. Especially appreciate the balcony and the covered, off street FREE parking. The location is nearly perfect. A few steps from the strand, walkable to downtown, and many nearby businesses (coffee, market, restaurants). Haven't tried the pool or spa yet, but they both look nice. My only less than positive comments: the living room furniture in our unit was made with very stiff foam, not comfortable for me. The wi-fil is not great on the balcony, but that's a minor thing. Both times our unit was very clean, kitchen well appointed with plenty of cookware, etc. Ours was a 1 bedroom, very spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen/dining/living room are all large enough for 4 people to stay comfortably if only one bathroom is not an inconvenience. Booked again for August, and I look forward to it.

I loved how close to the ocean it was, beautiful view, extremely spacious and comfortable.

This was our first time staying in Oceanside. It was difficult to find the registration/lobby to check in once we arrived. There should be more detail as where to go. Secondly, we had no idea there wasn’t air conditioning at the property. It was extremely hot and humid, unfortunately, making it miserable. The property does have ceiling fans and a stand up fan. We opened our windows and the screen door, however it didn’t help. The only “ocean breeze” was early in the morning or late at night. Lastly, I was disappointed that the “beach” (one block away) wasn’t really a beach at all. It was large rocks and the ocean. No sand.
