A Good comfortable and moderately priced hotel

Everything was clean, the staff is very kind, the location is perfect. We will come again.

The location and communication. Accommodated perfectly for our family of 5. Comfortable, secure & quiet.

Staff was extremely kind and attentive. Reception had a book with recommendations of restaurants in the area that was very helpful. Very inexpensive to send out laundry. We dropped it off in the morning and it was back that afternoon .

Buffet breakfast was adequate but none of the hot items were hot. There did not appear to be any heat source for the serving trays.

Extremely over price, very poor facilities , pathic breakfast. The TV cable was broken, the TV should have been replaced many years ago, the TV remote buttons had worn out. I needed help from the manager, his attitude was as good as Tuk Tuk driver, I cannot say anything nice about this hotel. I feel that I was cheated, one of the worst hotels I have stayed at over a 15 year period of travelling. Yes it is a Third World country but their standard was just above backpackers. Compare their prices to the newly opened Holiday Inn & Crowne Plaza in Vientiane. Then you will understand my sheer disappointment. Never ever again

Restaurant was open air so quite cold and draughty for breakfast

The hotel location is central (close to the main attractions, the temples, and the night market) and very quiet at night. The staff was helpful.

All the hotel buildings are very close to each other, so the view from my room was blocked. The pool is very small and too close to all the hotel buildings. The furniture and amenities in the room seem very old. There was a TV, but it was not connected to any antenna. When you take a shower, you might flood the whole bathroom. Breakfast does not offer many options and is of low quality.

The coffee at breakfast was not appealing (at least, to me).
