Luang prabang Sunrise Garden Hotel

They cancelled my booking at less than 24 hours notice.

I did not receive an apology.

Newer, clean building with nice pool. Helpful staff. Location is quiet but still in easy walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Luang Prabang.

The breakfast was limited compared to other similar hotels. The room rate is way too high for a nice hotel in Laos!

The staff is helpful. This is very clean and they provide you with whatever you need like extra pillow or towels etc We didn't have breakfast there.

Great location close to the night market. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Large comfortable rooms with tranquil surroundings. Good breakfast.

Wifi was not always working in the room (better on the balcony). An espresso or coffee machine for breakfast would be good, rather than just filter coffee. Doors slamming all day but not sure if this was staff or just unruly guests (probably the latter).

The keys worked out great- the second set really helped. Owner responded very promptly and was very helpful.

The location is very convenient for visiting sights and restaurants, etc. It is also a well decorated hotel with tasteful furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is almost no existing wifi in the room. The noise from night market music at night could be a little annoying, especially if you stay downstairs. But it might be only a new year celebration thing, I hope.
