FRLocalisation is great and it was rather cheap for the area. Good communication from host and clear check in instructions.
The room I stayed in is the single room #1 and is in what used to be maybe a garage or a commercial premise. This has been mentioned in previous reviews but the room was really lacking cleaning. The shower was covered in body hair that were not mine and clearly never received a deep clean (the shower also does not have a shower head but a sprinkler which makes it quite unpleasant to use and I imagine pretty difficult to clean). The floors clearly have not been cleaned in months (if ever). I traveled in a lot of budget accommodations over the world but this definitely was the least clean I ever stayed in. I am not sure I would recommend it to a lot of people given the lack of basic cleaning. Finally, although the check in was easy, I am not convinced it is the safest, I received the codes to let myself in weeks in advance which makes me think they aren't regularly changed and that a lot of people could potentially have access to the bedrooms.

Les toilettes étaient bouchées et remplies d'excrements ou de vomi à notre arrivée, impossible de les utiliser et dégoûtantes. Heureusement qu'il y avait des toilettes communes. Très peu d'eau chaude. Matelas beaucoup trop mous.

VNThe room was very well equipped with a kitchen. There was also a communal kitchen. The room was quite dark and noisy as it was nearest to the road. The location was very good. Communication was very too. Good value for a short stay.
