Center location, many places to walk-to nearby esp for food. The weather is great. If taking bus, the bus station is a 10-minute walk. The staff is responsive. The cleaning guy was so friendly. The room with balcony, the comfort of the balcony-loved it. The room has a fridge and microwave. They give plenty of bottled water.

The sofa is really stained and worn--needs to be changed or can use a cover. There is only a single mirror which is in the bathroom. It needs a full length mirror in the room too. Insects and plenty of ants in several places. The responsive staff did spray, but better if this didn't happen. It could be the Highlands itself, not sure. Not the best use of space, this can be improved. Put pictures on wall, keep iron board and iron in closet. Missing a blow dryer.

All was great, good location, good host, amazing housekeeping and cleanliness. All accessories was quite updated and new other then the bed. Overall unit facility is as per describe in Booking.com.

HOWEVER, biggest pain is literally the king sized bed is TOTALLY WORNED OUT and its like sleeping on planks. Had major back pain after 3 nights. Managment should look into replacing the bed.

It was very cozy, i loved the location, the interior, the facilities! it’s perfect place actually, decently clean. the view is very nice ! the host was very kind and welcoming and adapted to some of our problems, i appreciate it a lot

But i didn’t like the stained bedsheets and blanket. and also the water in the shower was warm, but not really hot

I think this the 3rd time's im staying at blue jade studio. Room very clean,safe, the view balcony facing the mountain . The agent give clear introduction to take the key and parking. Please repair the balcony light and put one mirror near the TV. Overall I love it so much . Thank u

The property very well manage and has everything we needed. The location is superb!

There were cleaner cleaning the nearby drain and its kind of noisy during the cleaning.

This is the second time with Blue Jade Studios, just a different unit. The unit was good and had adequate amenities. - Easy check in and check out, the staff was very helpful. - Location was really good as near various shops/restaurants (you're on top of a mall if sorts) - Clean and tidy when we checked in. - TV and Netflix worked fine (needed to login with host Account, just message the staff) - Towels were provided. - Microwave/Oven/Fridge/Electric Kettle worked fine. - Bedrooms were good, with fans, and cold throughout the stay. - All bathrooms had heaters, water pressure was also really good, shower cream was provided.

- You have to bring your own prayer mats. - Sink drains slowly (not clogged, but can be very slow) - It mentioned there was a sofa bed, but we couldn't get it to open, no issues since we didn't actually use it.
