The staff, food and facilities were great

I am originally from South Africa and have travelled the country quite extensively in the past, I thought the signage and explanation's from the locals and gate staff quite poor for a foreign visitor travelling on their own.I think the main issue as a foreign tourist is getting to and from your location.

Stephanie, our game drive guide, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, calm, and ensured we had an incredible experience. We saw so much in just two drives. The room was absolutely stunning, with a thoughtful and elegant design that made the stay feel special.

Unfortunately, the pillows in the room were dirty when we arrived, which was disappointing given the overall quality of the property. While most of the staff were friendly, one of the team members made me feel uncomfortable when I asked for a toast with my egg, which shouldn’t have been an issue.

The whole vibe was friendly, professional and the food was exceptional. The game drives were good and enjoyable and the guides excellent
