Cleanliness and security Refusing to give me an invoice despite asking four times meaning I can’t claim on expenses

Staff was very friendly but when tried to shower the shower turned out to be not connected and it was late at night and had to use washbasin for a quick wash as neither hot npr cold water available in shower. If it had been daytime I would have asked staff but was tired and needed sleep as busy day ahead, so bit of a tricky situation. Staff very friendly. Room very clean. Decor a bit dated but value foe money bar the shower problem.

The house was easily accessible with off road parking. It was in a really good location and from the moment we arrived we felt safe knowing there was cctv outside the property and in the communall areas. Asif, our host was friendly and very welcoming. He showed us to our room and the kitchen/dining areas and had good knowledge of the surrounding area, suggesting places to shop and eat. The rooms were super clean with our own little shower rooms. The larger double room had a small.table and chairs too. Towels were provided as was bottled water, tea & coffee. We were told to contact Asif if we needed any additional drinks or for any issues we may have. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery & cutlery with multiple kettles, toasters & ovens available to use. Would highly recommend this beautiful affordable accommodation.
