"Exceptional"

Very friendly and welcoming. I'm quite tall and the owner gave me an upgraded room for no extra cost, which was bigger to accommodate my height. Very clean throughout

"One of the worst experience"

Had a very bad experience

Room given was just enough to fit a single bed after confirming an upgrade to double bed before arriving for myself and my kid. The host totally ignored sorting the mess up they created and had a terrible night and a very bad experience. Will never go there again.

"Good for short stays"

You get your room and the keys. Also there's the possibility to cook and do laundry around the common living room. Was good for 2 nights.

I would have liked better locks or a safe for my laptop. Also you can't hand valuables over since reception is not always present. Ended up carrying the laptop with me.

All facilities satisfactory. Good kitchen to make own food. Quiet location and accommodation. Clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. Complementary tea & coffee-making facilities in room & biscuits. Staff very helpful.

No towel in room. This was not specified in advertisement. Nor was the fact that there was a kitchen to make own food.
