Everything! Large, beautifully decorated rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet street that is close to everything. It was excellent!

Roland was an excellent host. Lovely setting and great attention to detail.

My wife and I stayed a couple nights at the start of our honeymoon. Roland and his wife took the time to chat and give advice about the city. They are both very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast was delicious!

The breakfast was wonderful. Such a good selection of breakfast options that were made-to-order and of the highest quality. I have never had more delicious or fluffy scrambled eggs. Every breakfast included a wonderful fresh fruit plate including local in-season fruit of perfect ripeness. Wonderful kiwi, dragon fruit, papaya, mango, etc. Great coffee and capuccino. Delicious orange juice. Gracious and friendly staff. Location could not have been better with a quiet safe neighborhood two blocks from Kloof Neck Road and easy access to Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Signal Hill, Waterfront, Hout Bay and the Peninsula. Easy walk to many fabulous restaurants on Kloof Street.

Beautiful old house in great location. Roland was so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast in the garden was exceptional a great start to the day. Walking distance to some good restaurants and a short drive over to Camps Bay. We loved our stay and thoroughly recommend.
