Welcoming and comfortable room, well-equipped and warm. Excellent attention to detail and has private parking.

Nothing other than a moderate walk into the centre of town.

The property is a self-contained annexe. In one large room plus bathroom it contains comfortable bed, seating, plenty of storage, fridge and microwave plus crockery etc, so possible to be self catering for 2 people. I very much appreciated it being easy to find, and virtually step free from unloading the car into the room.

I did not find any shops or eating places in easy walking distance. This is no reflection on the quality of the accommodation itself, of course. It is easy to get to the centre of Falmouth by car.

Loved the location, close to the town centre and beaches, the annex had its own patio with private seating, the facilities were great with added water, milk and tea/coffee also supplied. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom & other areas lovely and clean. Nicely decorated & will definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, we were greeted on arrival and had everything we needed.

Difficult to fill the washing up bowl to wash plate as bathroom sink is quite small

Really cosy and clean annex. Private entrance from house and parking in driveway. Super comfy bed. Nice downhill walk into town, about 30 mins to shops, restaurants and harbour. We got a taxi back in evening to save our legs up the hills! Hosts were timely with information. Lovely stay, thank you.
