GBWhat a great place to stay, withinin a good location for the town centre and local beaches .very clean, lovely decor, very comfy bed, ameneties in the room were perfect. Bathroom with a shower that was hot and good water flow. Driveway parking. Pete and Molly went above and beyond to make our stay a very pleasant experience. GBAbsolutely brilliant, the annexe had everything you needed, great quality fittings, spotlessly clean, great shower, handy fridge, space for the car and very quiet. Decorated lovely, loads of space and excellent value for money.

GBVery well appointed room. We expected something a bit more basic given the price. Friendly hosts. Check in was very easy with a key safe. Off street parking. Easy, 15 minute walk into the city centre.
We normally go for kitchen facilities but we knew that in this case there would be none. Despite this we were able to make hot drinks and prepare a breakfast. Washing up was a bit of a challenge because the bowl had to be filled from the bathroom sink tap.
NZEasy check in. Friendly but discreet host. The spaciousness of the room. Private courtyard to store bike overnight.

GBGBFantastic base to visit family and made to feel very welcome by the owners. Lovely big immaculate room with a huge bed and a microwave, counter top fridge (complete with bottle of milk and bottles of water) and kettle (with teabags and coffee available) made it feel very homely. Lovely clean shower room with plenty of hot water. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay there again when visiting family again. Plenty of room on the private driveway for two vehicles. We walked into town and the pubs which is probably about a 20 minute walk away, all downhill but got a lift back up the hill! Taxis in town if needed!
