Casa Emily Verona

L’appartamento è molto pulito e molto curato nei minimi dettagli. Siamo stati molto contenti di soggiornare qui nella casa e Emily Verona.

Mancava solo la carta igienica, c’era solo un rotolo. Non lo so se si trovava ancora da un’altra parte, però questo è un piccolo dettaglio.

Bardzo miła właścicielka, która bez najmniejszych problemów zareagowała na to, że nasz przyjazd był opóźniony. Samo mieszkanie w ładnej okolicy, bez problemów z parkowaniem. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone, ładnie zaaranżowane. Świetne miejsce na nocleg w tym przedziale cenowym.

Logement propre, et grand. Climatisation fonctionnelle et une cuisine.

La literie de notre chambre était inconfortable pour nous, il manque une bouilloire et une machine à café sans dosettes. Finalement un peu loin du centre avec des enfants.

Beds are large.

- no toilet paper available in the bathroom, no soap in the shower and the shower was dirty; - check-out declared at 10:00 but they asked us to leave at 9:00; - Microwave and coffee machine available; they said we could use them but... it was impossible to plug them to the electricity; same for the iron; - fridge dirty - they asked to inform 20 minutes in advance in order to be there at our arrival. I called them but...we had to wait for them outside a long time with bags and luggage

Accommodation was paid for online. At 21:30 at night, the woman answered the phone saying "one moment" and hanging up. She was supposed to meet us there to let us in but she didn't. She never apologised but messaged through "the girl has not cleaned the apartment". There was no further explanation and she claimed not to know any English. That's not good enough, she should have used Google translator and come to clean the property herself. We were left stranded on the street until we found other accommodation at 00:30. This property should be removed from Booking.com as management is extremely unprofessional. There was no communication afterwards regarding the refund or promise to compensate for travel to the apartment.
