Location. Location. The staff are amazing.

Breakfast was just okay.

Breakfasts were sub-standard , not worth paying for. The owners would be better off just doing a deal with the La Walon restaurant next door ( who do a full Indonesian and Western breakfast menu,) Bathroom was great with an excellent shower Pool and grounds are well maintained.

TV options were awful and screen size too small. The only streaming provider that worked was Transvision and several of its channels had image distortion that made them unwatchable. Noisy construction site across the road that is building a giant hotel. The noise from this sometimes continues until midnight.

Good friendly service rooms cleaned every day

The location was great, in the very centre of Kuta, close to the beach and mall. Facilities were clean with pools and sunbeds. Nice breakfast. Helpful, flexible and kind staff.

The rooms were quite old and are in need of a renewal I think. Loud ventilators outside the door to the apartment. Unfortunately they don’t offer laundry services.

super nice environment: room 208 a simple room but with all the amenities. Perfect air conditioning, wonderful bed super cozy. Very good shower, plenty of pressure. Minibar, very powerful. Breakfast a little weak, and if you get hungry you will have to eat out, because the lady in charge of the coffee shop doesn't seem to like doing this job very much. Even if you pay for it,

A relaxing place with lots of green vegetation. Quite silent despite the road outside. Perfect location in the old parts of Kuta and not far from the beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

For stay after you arrive to Bali it is ok. One night is enough.

It has already lost its glory. The equipment is old. The bathroom has a smell of sewage. There is no mosquito net due to the large number of mosquitoes. The man at the reception is not very nice, especially if you arrive at night because your flight is delayed. For the price 500k/night I imagine better service and facilities.
