Location was fine, facilities (pool, rooms) seemed good

I arrived at 10.30 pm and the aircon was broken. There was no other room available, and I was not offered a refund. The staff tried to fix the aircon for 10 minutes- which even if he did manage to fix it, would have taken an hour to cool down the stuffy room. I left for a different hotel.

Bed was comfy

Opposite building construction site Breakfast was little

Room was nice and cool, bed was ok

Staff where rude, found bugs in the fridge, asked them to clean it many times. Fridge smelt disgusting 🫣

There wasn't running water in the room

Room was spacious and water pressure in the shower was good.

There was no mention that there is an absolutely huge construction site underway right across the lane and the noise was going on at all hours of the day and night. The breakfast was tiny and if you wanted staff, you had to go look for them and usually had to wake them up (yes, during the day).
