No breakfast

The Kitchen had most equipment and some food - bread, milk butter etc. but there was no guidance if it was for all guests or provided by some. There were eggs - but couldn't fine eggcups.

Lack of any guidance notes. Key-safe lock code changed overnight - apparently we should have kept the front door key with us! Couldn't get/find basic TV channels e.g. BBC. Bedroom door wouldn't lock from the inside resulting in other guests whom arrived after midnight twice opening my door. Some rooms had families in (mother and 2 children), arrived after midnight and made a lot of noise till 1.30 am when I again asked them to be quiet - at which they laughed. Believe several rooms booked by same party. If the owner doesn't resolve the breaching of rules - no parties, children and quiet between 10.00 and 07.00, I wouldn't return to that property. Another guest also had the same noise and room entry disturbances. I messaged to the owner about a refunds - with no success - can booking.com refund?

It was a nice property, not good if you like sleep as the walls are so thin

We were given room numbers. Room 1 had someone in already who then got aggressive as we came in late. We looked upstairs for another free double, walked into room on a couple having sex. What nobody at this place can’t lock a door!

Comfortable bed and use of the kitchen to make a cuppa

Windowless bedroom and very small “ensuite”.

The bathroom was nice and clean with a nice shower/bath. The room had a nice smart TV. There was parking space out the front of the property

The lock to my room was faulty. I could lock the door from the hallway, but once inside the key struggled to lock. one the first night I managed to lock it , but on the second night I could not

Never seen the place

Asked if I could change date. The host said depending on guests on new night. Told them I will take original night and had nothing of reply for access to property. Never mind After i said I will stick to original date
