Every thing was perfect compear to other places with same money

The house was kept clean during our stay. We met a friendly cleaner one morning and she asked if we needed anything. The shared facilities are very good. Kitchen well equipped with complimentary fruit, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The parking was okay. Not easy to park out front if busy but free street parking very nearby. Check in was easy and host responds to messages. Although not a huge double bed it was comfortable.

The biggest problem with the house is the thin walls between rooms and the noisy floorboards. First night we came home around 11pm to our upstairs bedroom and the occupant in the room below us came upstairs to tell us we were keeping him awake by walking in the room. He acknowledgedit wasn' our fault but I was nervous after that. Also two out of three nights there was a loud snorer in the single room next to ours. I had earplugs but I could still hear and found it very hard to sleep both nights. If you are someone who needs quiet then you should think twice about booking. My husband can sleep through most things so he wasn't kept awake like I was. One other concern is there wasn't a system of locking the front door at night. I think everyone should lock from inside. The key safe was also open when we put our key back. We had keys to our rooms.

Left after 1 night, even though we paid for 3. The bed was too small for two, even though we are not big people. One of us ended up sleeping on the floor so we could at least try to get SOME rest. The room too bright as the curtains did nothing to keep the light out. It was not clean. The window could not fully close. There was no curtain for the (milky)glass door so it was unbelievable bright, and there was a light in the back that kept coming on the entire night. We booked a specific room, paid extra for it, and did not get that room. Would not recommend, especially for couples.

Everything the room the supposed cleaner was going to give us was basically a store room with bedding on the bed floor was filthy and staff jackets hanging up and en-suite looked like it was a cupboard and was filthy from floor to ceiling
