Back door was locked so I couldnt use rear garden on a hot day, the room had damp in places, someone my strawberries out of the fridge.

The deluxe studio did not exist. This is a domestic property that has no fire regulations or anything to commend it. Reported it to the authorities.

It was clean and cheap.

The location could have been better described as at first I did not know it was a guest house. I had to call the phone number I was given on my confirmation Email. There are no staff on site so as to help you .

Very clean and quiet place.

The bathroom.

Huge bed bugs on the bed. Had to sleep on the floor as manager did not answer my phone. Contacted next day for a refund, no apologies ane got called a racist!
