Lovely friendly staff, very cozy clean neat and well equipped (I loved the living room space so much), and location is good, only 15 min walk from Hongik station and the walk is pleasant and safe, wide street with restaurants and shops.

DO NOT COME NEAR!! Don't come here - I got locked out, there's no elevator, they don't speak English, and it's very cold in the hostel. Read this to avoid making the mistake I made: 1. There's no sign and it's very difficult to find the place. I tried calling but of course - they don't speak English. Finally, they answered me on Instagram. 2. The hostel is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Are you traveling with a suitcase and bag? Too bad. There's no way to carry it up. We're not talking about 4-5 stairs but many stairs. 3. Cold! It was 5 degrees at night but they don't turn on floor heating on the top floor. I woke up sick. Very, very cold. 4. And this is the saddest thing - I was locked out for half an hour because the code didn't work. I tried calling and the clerk said she doesn't speak English. After an hour of calling their phone and Booking.com and messaging on Instagram, they only answered after another 15 minutes, and only after friends called them. Finally, I had to ask a friend in Israel to contact the hostel and tell them in Korean that I was stuck outside. 5. No response on Booking.com or Instagram, no way to contact them. No reception clerk. 6. This means if you want a towel, get stuck, want to ask them to turn on the heating - no one will help you. 7. It's titled as a foreigners' hostel but they don't know English. There's one person who speaks English but during my stay it was the other one. 8. The hostel is not in Hongdae, very far from there. Maybe on the map it's considered Hongdae but it's a very distant area, a 20-minute bus ride. Shared area: - Very small and suitable for one person - Table for 2 people to eat - They ask you to eat on the balcony which has no furniture and is cold
