Everything about the place was excellent except maybe for the location. But buses run every couple of minutes back and forth to Hyongik-Univ station, takes about 10 minutes to reach by bus and 15min walking. It's more like and Airbnb since the owner lives there. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, convenience store and produce shop in the corner. Multiple bus stops around that take you everywhere. I ended up not using the subway much. The host is super nice, helpful and answers messages pretty quickly. The whole apartment has English signs to make your stay easier, it's also super sunny so it's very pleasant. About cleanliness, the place was more clean than my own home and I saw the owner wash the linen and towels after each guest left and vacuum often. The rooms themselves are nice, have aircon, nice mattresses and hair dryers. The shower was just perfect, the water pressure, the water temperature. Can't say enough about this place. I'm going back at the end of my trip. Tho bring a sleep mask since there's no shades or dark curtains in the shared room.

Really nice and comfortable stay. The owner is really friendly and has helped us so much. When we are arrived to the accomodation we were tired and hungry so the owner ordered food for us and it was so nice ! It is possible to do laundry and the living room is a nice place to stay and sit. The rooms were really new, fresh and clean. The toilets as well. It really felt like being at home. Really recommend this place ! Thanks ❤️❤️
