Bed slopes from the middle to the right side. A bin and something to put the tea bags on would be handy. Didn't get given a towel until late in the evening.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay and ultimately decided to cancel a subsequent booking because I did not feel comfortable returning. The property was quite difficult to locate, which made the arrival experience more stressful than expected. One of my main concerns was that the room I was initially given was not the room that had been advertised or that I believed I had booked. The listing also stated that the room came with a private bathroom, which I understood to mean a bathroom exclusively for my use. However, I later discovered that other guests were also using the same bathroom, so it was effectively shared. The first room I was allocated had a strong smell coming from the carpet and did not feel particularly clean. There was visible dust, and the room felt as though it had not been properly refreshed before my arrival. As I was travelling with my 9-month-old baby, this was especially concerning. The bed was also very low, and overall the room did not meet my expectations. After raising my concerns, the host was friendly and understanding and moved me to a different room. Although it was not the room I had originally booked, it was a noticeable improvement. The bed was comfortable, the bedding appeared clean, and I appreciated the effort made to address my concerns. That said, I believe it is important that guests receive the room they have booked, or are informed in advance if changes need to be made. The floors in the room I eventually stayed were also very creaky, and noisy when walking around. While this may not bother every guest, it was quite noticeable, particularly at night. In addition, the bathroom that I had been told would be for my sole use was also being used by neighbouring guests, which was disappointing given the listing description. On a positive note, the host was polite, welcoming, and genuinely tried to help.

The cleanliness standards in the initial room did not meet expectations. • Having to raise concerns and then move rooms during the stay was inconvenient. • Even after being moved, I was not placed in the room I had originally booked. • The wooden floors in the second room were very creaky and noisy. • The property description did not accurately match the accommodation provided, particularly regarding the room allocation and bathroom arrangements. • The overall experience did not provide the level of comfort or cleanliness I was expecting. • The experience was disappointing enough that I cancelled a future booking rather than return.

The property itself is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood in Redditch. It was clean, tidy and presentable both outside and in. The room I had booked for my daughter and I was not available, due to previous guests from the night before causing a mess. Therefore, we were given an alternative room, that had a kingsize bed, with the option to use a sofa bed in the room too, but we were ok sharing the kingsize. Unfortunately, there was no lock on the bedroom door and no curtains, just a thin sheet that was more of a net curtain, so when the light appears in the morning, it came straight in. The bed we slept in was comfortable, the bed linen was clean and smelt fresh. We appreciated the tea, coffee and water being left in the room. Helen the host was lovely!!! Very friendly and personable. The issue of some guests past and previous, are no reflection on her!

Unfortunately, a refused booking from someone else looking to stay, still decided to turn up and pierced on the doorbell for sometime at 3am, waking myself up. At about 8:30am some other guests set the smoke alarm off, by setting fire to the kitchen.

property is very shitt too smelly and no have any thing there no coffee no anythng hot water katal is very shitt too smelly no any door lock and very shit i was not live there we leave the property within 1 hour and go to another hotel

everythng is shit dogss in room which room they gave me to live dogs hairs at bed coffee katel is shit in side have milk burn and too smelly i like in side have milk from 10 days bathroom is very dirty and at bath tub have towels in side the bath tub water is continuously falling to floor we not live there just money is waste we not book hotel from booking com next time premier inn option is good my money is wasted i was book another room at the point double money waste
