Advertised with 8 person bed but only got 7 bed, I have to sleep on the hard floor you can imagine my energy on the next day. The bed got stains makes me wonder if they ever wash it. The pool water is dirty and we didn't even bother using it. If anyone want to feel how disappointed we are. Try the Kamalia VIllas at Penarik and Imperium Residence at Kuantan, just compare the pool... you will be amazed. ( NOTE: Those two stays are even much cheaper than this homestay. )

1. the property does not provide enough towels (only two towels per HOUSE). i did asked the host about towels, and host also mentioned they only provide TWO/house. The homestay is with private pool, what do u expect to provide only two towels??!! and we even reserve the homestay for 6 guest, so there should provide at least SIX not only two 2. again, with private pool u should expect people most probably still wet when entering the house, but only TWO floor mats??! 3. overpriced, overrated homestay. make me think the rate shown in booking.com is being manipulated by someone maybe? yes, the host may raise the price due to high demand during school holiday, but please make your guest happy with the facilities. kitchen utensils are very limited, not feeling homy like i had experienced in many cheaper but nicer homestays before. MYR650 per night is way too profit oriented when compare what the guest get in term of the facilities and comfortness 4. pillows are hard. 5. toilet in bedroom no 1 cannot be flushed 6. smelly floor (i suspect the host mopped the floor only with water - no nice smell from floor fluid cleaner) 7. not elderly people friendly homestay (slippery floor, broken flush toilet) 8. the pool it self also not that clean, i found nasi in the pool 9. underneath a tree near the gazebo got too much used cigarettes 10. Washing machine broken, cannot be used
