"Bad Stay"

Staff was friendly. Close to everything.

I booked a room with a Bath and working Aircon. Was given a shabby room with only a shower and the Aircon was broken. The room was clean, but the old carpet made the room stink. The tiles were so slippery, both my husband and myself slipped. The bed was very hard and knobly. No bedside lights, so I stomped my toes on the uneven badly tiled floors when getting up at night to use the facilities. The bedding old and torn. The finishings are cheap. Definitely not luxurious as promised.
