The kitchen staff was very responsive and co-operative. However the services were little slow

The staff at reception was absolutely unfair and unco-operative. 1. When I booked through booking.com site, I booked for deluxe king sized room (26 sq m) and there was no option of Executive room. However the room allotted to us was Executive room ( to rub the salt on the wounds they showed me that it was deluxe king sized room with Executive room written in brackets. ) There was no such option when I had booked the room. Either it was a marketing strategy or it was to attract the customers with false promises. Room was small especially the bathroom. There was hardly any space to stand and change the clothes after the bath. 2. It was prominently written at many places that 15% discount will be given on the food bills to in-house guests. However when I went to the front desk for settling the bills, i noticed that discount was given at one bill only. When I raised the concern firstly the person on duty ( on 2nd June at 7.45am) was not ready to listen to the request. After lot of discussion and arguments he only gave 10 % discount. It is not the matter of few hundred rupees keeping in mind that you spend thousands of rupees on such outings but it is the feeling of being fooled, cheated and served with dishonesty by your own countrymen which pinches badly. 3. The house keeping staff (except the room cleaning staff) was very slow and lethargic to respond. Very rarely ppl from that department picked up the phone. Many times we had call the ppl at front/ reception desk to pass on the message to the house keeping staff. The staff appointed for cleaning the rooms and the kitchen staff were very quick and prompt

Very good restaurant. Nice hotel, helpful staff.

Rooms could be a little better maintained. In one of the rooms the hand shower was broken. Lack of AC in the lift area.
