Sandoz Amritsar near Golden Temple

We recently stayed at Sandoz Hotel in Amritsar for four nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests, which made our stay comfortable. The food was delicious, offering a good variety of options that we truly enjoyed. The hotel's ambiance was nice, and it provided a good place to relax after exploring the city. While the cleaning could be improved, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. The hotel offers good value for money, and we would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Amritsar.

The bad part was that the room didn't had any windows. In the picture we saw curtains so we assumed that there is windows.

Room card 417 all time trouble was when want to enter my room I call every time service boy but I d,not like next time go their In bathroom no any mate after shower and towel also not dry and clean This time I waste my money

Every thing is excellent ambience location staff

They didn’t inform me that there is engagement party at night at checkin There was loud DJ music till midnight also families of engagement group was banging doors till 1.30 am and yelling sounds whole night I was at spiritual trip & I couldn’t sleep well because of this loud music

The restaurant at the hotel is convenient and has great food. The hotel in itself is decent for a very short stay. 20 minutes ride from the golden temple.

Can improve on the basic toiletries and facilities. Being winters there should have been a pair of slippers and heater. No first aid kit
