Sandoz Amritsar near Golden Temple

The breakfast was the best and sadly the only part of the establishment that was worth the money. Although the options were limited, they did not compromise on taste. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant.

The room was spacious, however, the bathroom was old, and cleanliness wasn't up to mark. Staff was not courteous, amenities were subpar at best.

The Property and the location was good. staff were friendly in general.

upkeep of the facilities could have been better. Services like cleaning of room, providing of towels, we always had to ask for and follow up.

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and staff are polite, couteous, helpful and responsive. The hotel has its own restaurant. The buffet breakfast is decent having all the options of an Indian breakfast. The hotel location is good and in main market area having lots of option of shopping and dining around. The hotel is not exactly at walkable to the main attractions of the city (The Golden Temple, Jalianwala Bagh) but local rickshaw and App based transport options are available at the doorstep. There was a small dispute regarding the breakfast price (I was entitled for a dioscounted price) which has been handled very professionally by the reception staff and at the end I paid the discounted amount only and I am happy. Overall, I feel the hotel is a very good option to stay in Amritsar.

Breakfast was sub par, and seemed understaffed. Asked for Kulche, which is a part of the buffet, but still took 20 mins to receive. Some of the items in the breakfast buffet were also over. Management needs to take a call.

The under side of the bed was filthy. Seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. There were plastic bottles stuffed underneath, along with other waste items. The bathroom's door handle is jammed and if someone is alone in the room, possibly could get stuck in the washroom.

Best luxurious hotel in Amritsar, we loved this location a lot. This hotel is near to the all attractions , Staff is very helpful they helped us to arrange the all commute from hotel to Attractions without any problem. It was very good experience with them
