Koh Russey Resort

Stunning hotel! Rooms and premises were really beautiful. We spend two nights during low season, not much to do, except enjoy the pool and spa. Staff were very friendly and attentive. They were minimally staffed, but that did not impact our stay. The massage therapist, May, was amazing!

Two restaurants on site, which offer the same menu all day. No other food options.

We had the 2 bedroom villa furthest away and it was just perfect. You can‘t get any closer to the beach and we were just by ourselves. The whole ressort is from an architectural and design perspective top! The island / beach is also very pretty. There were snorkeling masks, kayak, SUP and some ball games to be borrowed, which was very nice. We stayed four nights.

For a hotel in Cambodia on the pricier side, especially as there are only the 2 restaurants on the island and they apply a zero tolerance rule to not bring any food and drinks to the ressort. Food was good, but also rather on the pricier side and after 4 days we were happy to go to HCM City to tried out the whole vietnamese cuisine. Also several wines, beers and other food were not available. Acknowledging it was the low season, but for a five star hotel, it can be expected that all is perfect.

would like to have seen more Khmer food menu options, and menu changes as a little limited for a 2 week stay. (however the chef cooked us Khmer food). food and wines a little pricey perhaps.

Cool and stylish hotel, very quiet and relaxing. Staff are enthusiastic and trying hard even if they lack a little in communication and experience.

Some communication issues, restaurant service was ok, we had some challenges on the first day getting gluten intolerance understood and had to raise it with reception and head chef. Service was a bit haphazard with courses at different times. Although the beach in front of the hotel is cleaned daily the rest suffers from a lot of plastic and fishing industry pollution which unfortunately is common in SE Asia.

Beach is nice , hotel is fine ,but management is absent , staff is friendly but not trained , unable to prepared a cocktail at the bar , service can be long . Swilling pool was out of order for 2 days ….

Le site est incroyable et unique , le design superbe , la plage paradisiaque , les chambres magnifiques et super confortables en revanche des ajustements sont à faire sur le management de l’hôtel un peu approximatif : absence de barman correct , pas de plat du jour , lenteur du service dans certains cas etc …
