The staff was so nice and helpful. The location was in central

From the hotel terrace, it is not possible to see the balloons, we had to walk and some other spots. Also the breakfast started at 8:30, we were in a rush to catch our tour.

The hotel is really conveniently located with stunning views & everything you could possibly need within a short walking distance. The rooms are simple yet comfortable with very comfortable beds (we were in a twin) & climate controlled. I cannot speak more highly of all of the wonderful staff at Carvin. All were kind, thoughtful & ready to assist in making our holiday special.

"Magnifique séjour"

Très bon emplacement. Un hotel typique dans les 'grottes' de là bas. Très belle vue. Les chambres sont propres et très confortable et bien chauffée :) Les hotes sont très acceuillants.

Petit malus pour le petit dej, la salle est froide (malgré la vue).
