Otelin mağara konseptin de olması, personelin, özellikle sultan hanım ve yunusun guleryuzu, ön bilgi verilmesi,, tavsiyelerin yapılması en çok hoşumuza giden şeyler oldu.bolge olarak heryere yakın mesafede olması da büyük bir avantajdi.sultan hanıma extra teşekkür ediyoruz.

Kahvaltı zenginlestirilenilir. Ortak kullanım alanları daha derli toplu olabilirdi. Yukarıda bulunan şömine odası özellikle kış ayları için daha düzenli ve dekoratif hale getirilip misafirlere güzel bir atmosfer imkanı yaratabilir.

Superbe vue sur la vallée des pigeons et le levé de soleil. Situé au pied du château se qui permet de voir le couché de soleil en quelques pas… Chambres voûtées et bien agencées avec vue. Chauffage au top… Petit déjeuner au top… Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Ils se plient tous en quatre pour vous aidez dans l’organisation du séjour. Merci pour avoir rendu notre séjour agréable…

"Bellissimo hotel con camere suggestive, consiglio vivamente!"

Abbiamo dormito nella camera matrimoniale deluxe ed era letteralmente dentro una cave, bellissima e suggestiva. Colazione fantastica e lo staff è stato super disponibile ad aiutarci a prenotare i vari tour e il volo in mongolfiera.

La maggior parte di ristoranti/negozi etc si trova a Goreme, che non è raggiungibile a piedi. Nonostante ciò tutte le attività prevedono il pick up direttamente in hotel quindi non è un problema. Piccolissima pecca, per far pulire la camera bisogna chiederlo espressamente. Inoltre non tutto lo staff parla perfettamente inglese ma si fanno decisamente capire.

"A home away from home! Great location and great staff!"

The staff were all very friendly and made you feel at home. The cave room felt authentic and the breakfast spread was generous.

Parking could be challenging sometimes as it’s on a first come first serve basis.

"We were super happy. Rami was an absolute legend - kind, caring, generous with his time and helpful."

Breakfast was great - good variety of Turkish classics, great cheeses. Coffee was a little disappointing. Lack of fresh juices as well. Location was great with good choice of view and/or shade.
