Property not available - host informed us it hadn't been available for months and should not be advertised.we had to seek alternative accommodation on the day at much higher price - very frustrated

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral ist ausreichend für 4 Personen mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, zwei Toiletten. Auch die Küche bietet viel. Es gab Kaffee und Tee.

Durch die zenrale Lage leider auch sehr laut. Die benachnarten Pubs haben erst um 3:00 nachts die Miusik abgestellt. Es war nicht wie in der Buchung beschrieben mit einem Parkplatz. Es gab in 4 Gehminuten Etfenrung einen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Beim Bezahlen stellte sich allerdings heraus, das es nicht so einfach ist. Die Parscheinautomaten waren alle "out of order". Man musste eine App herunterladen und darüber sich registrieren und bezahlen. Leidr war das Kennzeichen unseres Mietwagens bereits registriert unter anderem namen, so das dies nicht funktioniert hat. Ich musste dann mit dem Parkplatzbetreiber per E-Mail in Kontakttetten, um das Problem am nächsten Tag lösen zu können.

I booked and paid this accommodation. As always Booking.com asked me in an automated message to indicate my arrival time. I submitted it and received a note from the host that the accommodation is no longer listed and my booking not valid. However, the status of this booking was still on "confirmed" and, as this information arrived after the deadline for free cancellation, I wasn't able to cancel free of charge. I had to book and pay an alternative accommodation. Neither the host nor Booking.com are answering my messages so far on my request to refund the payment for the original booking!!!

Advertised and money taken in advance but then turned up only to find the accommodation was not available and owner stated that it wasn’t available from 4 months ago. From the time of arrival it was still on offer on booking.com. It was part of our honeymoon and ruined our day as we had to scramble for accommodation over a bank holiday and then had to pay over the odds even with a small refund. Amounted to an awful day as it was upsetting and it could have been avoided.

No third bed like was promised. I ended up sleeping on a freezing floor. That was a big problem
