No hotwater. Rude manager , took ages to find him when we arrived and also the following morning, and then it felt like he was doing us a favour. when we tried to have breakfast . The place is really run down, no heating or wifi or towels in the bed rooms, we'd already preasked for towels, the double beds are 2 singles pushed together, with inadequate bedding. We booked here because it was cheap and even though it had a couple of bad reviews we though we'd give it the benefit of the doubt. In retrospect we should have cut our losses and gone some where else close by. When our key stopped working in the room the lad who worked there (not the manager) was really helpful but we still ended up having to break the door down. And lastly there's working cctv cameras everywhere

If the owner can able to renovate the place Abit It will be a 5 star ⭐ stay Other than that Everything is fine:)

No it’s not good because I was with my family there no WiFi the toilet is not good it’s hard to find food what ever they have you have to eat the kids don’t like the food

Very chilled and relaxed place with a huge pool, we visited in December so we had the place to ourselves but pool too cold at this time of year. Lovely little hamlet around the corner with local cafe/restaurants and close to Tizgui which is a must visit if your in the area.

Had to ask for towels, but we were offered extra blankets - it can get chilly in December

Unfortunately, due to several unacceptable conditions, I was compelled to cut my stay short and check out after just one night. During my brief stay, I encountered the following issues: 1. Cleanliness: The hostel was notably dirty. This included both the common areas and my room, which made my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. 2. Amenities: Contrary to the amenities listed on your website, there was no Wi-Fi or air conditioning available at the property. This severely impacted my ability to relax and stay connected. 3. Facilities: The restroom lacked basic necessities such as a toilet brush, making it difficult to maintain hygiene. 4. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool was dirty and not suitable for use. Additionally, the listing on Booking.com indicated that there were two swimming pools. The pictures showed a bigger and better swimming pool than the one available on the property. 5. Noise: On the night of my stay, there was a performance of Moroccan music that lasted until around 1 AM. My room was located on the first floor directly above the performance hall, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. 6. Flies: There were flies everywhere, making it impossible to eat peacefully. This was extremely unhygienic and further added to the discomfort of my stay. 7. Beverages: The property did not even have coffee available. Additionally, when I ordered an orange juice, it was served without a straw and was full of orange seeds, making it difficult to drink. Given these circumstances, I had no choice but to leave after the first night.
