Photos sur booking tres flatteuses vs la réalité. Hotel en manque d’entretien et de nettoyage. Plage devant l’hôtel très rocheuse donc difficilement accessible. Pas de cuisinier, il faut aller dans un hôtel voisin qui appartient au même groupe. Et très loin de tout : 3h30 depuis l’aéroport, 2h des chocolate hills et tarsiers… bref déplacements très chers et longs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and kind . It was close to the ocean . Everything worked in the room .

The property was not as advertised . There was no restaurant on the property since there was no Cook . Maybe because it was end of season . Breakfast was available , but I didn’t try it . It’s far out of the way to get to other restaurants in walking distance. Garbage was burnt in the side yard and you couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the evening. There was music, playing till late at night in neighbouring establishments The beach below was actually a public beach that was at times very noisy. The property looked a bit rundown. Out of the three nights I booked I only stayed one and then I went somewhere else. no refund possible. The bed was too soft for my taste . And I didn’t like that the shower was right in the tiny bathroom ,you would get everything wet in the bathroom.

- Difficult to find (the one pinned in waze is not its correct location) - Short unpaved road going to the property - The front desk is ironically situated further back at the café area - When we visited, they do not have a chef so we had to get out to grab our meals - Its beach area has a lot of slippery rocks - The airconditioner cannot make the room cool - SAFETY HAZARD ⚠️ The shower head can splash water indirectly on the electrical socket for the hair dryer

Access to the beach right at the back of the property. 10 minutes from town but they had scooter hire and it’s a nice ride through the town. Wifi was great, smart tv with Netflix in the room. Beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen, just beautiful. Staff were really nice and helped us get to Cebu on an election day. Room was great, deck, comfy bed, good pillows and a desk.

Location and garden

Nice location, close to the sea (possibility to swim but no real beach on which you can lay down) Quiet area Good breakfast!

Bathroom was very dirty (dirty tiles in the shower, used glasses near the sink) Limited space to relax (no sun chair on their terrasse unlike what's shown on the pictures) Dinner at night wasn't very good : fish was well overcooked, not very tasty and limited portions.

The ambiance of the place is good and peaceful. Its location is just beside the beach and it is very accessible.

The entrance road going to the resort is rocky and the resort signage is confusing.
